Councillor Harris joined the Council in 1995. He is the second-longest serving councillor on the Town Council. He represents East Ward.

Councillor Harris is a member of the Resources, Planning and Donations Committees.

Councillor Harris was Mayor of Richmond in 2000-1 Civic year.

Councillor Harris represents the Town Council for meetings of ORBTA.

Liberal Democrat

Councillor Hodgson joined the town council in the parish elections of May 2015 and represents North Ward.

Councillor Hodgson is a member of the Donations, Markets, Community and Resources Committees.

Councillor Hodgson is a Richmond School Trustee and a Town Council representative at meetings of the Ripon Cathedral Forum.

Councillor Hodgson was the Town Mayor of Richmond for the civic year 2020-21

Councillor White joined the Council in 2008 and represents East Ward.

Councillor White is the current Mayor of Richmond.

Councillor White is Vice Chair of the Resources Committee and a member of the Community and Planning Committees.  

Councillor White was Mayor of Richmond in 2013-14 and 2021 - 2022 civic years and Deputy Mayor 2010-11 & 2018-19

As Mayor, Councillor White represents the Town Council at meetings of Friends of Richmond Friary Community Hospital, Georgian Theatre Trust, Richmondshire Museum & Norwegian Twinning.

Councillor White represents the Town Council at meetings with the Armed Forces.

Vice Chair of the Richmond Branch of the Royal British Legion and the Poppy Appeal Organiser for Richmond.

Founder member of the Richmond Working Together Group providing community information on the Richmond.org website.

Hon. Treasurer for the Richmond/Norwegian Twinning Association.

Councillor World joined the Council in 1991.  He is the longest serving councillor on the Town Council and represents West Ward.

Councillor World is Chair of the Resources Committee, Vice Chair of the Community Committee and a member of the Markets and Planning Committees.

Councillor World was Mayor of Richmond in 1996-97 & 2014-16 civic years.

Councillor World represents the Town Council at Dementia Awareness meetings.

Councillor Woods joined the Town Council in May 2018 and represents West Ward.

Councillor Woods is a member of the Donations and Planning Committees. 

Councillor Woods was Mayor of Richmond for the Civic Year 2023 - 2023.

Councillor Woods is a Town Council representative at meetings pf Richmondshire Climate Action Group.

Councillor Morton joined the Town Council in May 2019 and represents the North Ward.

Councillor Morton is the current Deputy Mayor of Richmond.

Councillor Morton is Chair of the Community Committee and a member of the Donations Committee.

Councillor Harrison was elected on to the Town Council in August 2021 and represents West Ward.
